Stan Curtis
Founder of Blessings in a Backpack and the first Chairman of the Board. His roots lend to a passion for helping and feeding the less fortunate. He developed Kentucky Harvest and USA Harvest for the last 20 years. And in 2005, piloted Blessings in a Backpack in 2 schools near the Louisville, KY area. He currently develops and manages all new and existing school programs. |

Missy Hammerstrom
Chairman of the Board elect for July 2009 – July 2010. She helped develop the initial Blessings in a Backpack program concept with Stan Curtis. |

Doug Meijer
Acted as the first corporate supporter of Blessings in a Backpack after providing over 10 million meals to the less fortunate through USA Harvest since 2000. Meijer is a major food retailer that provides a deeply discounted weekly menu to local schools participating in the BIB program. Meijer has also provided over 5,000 backpacks free of charge. Doug Meijer is Chairman Elect for 2010-2011. |

Susan Duff
Her role has been instrumental in the expansion of Blessings in a Backpack across the U.S. She helps direct administration, marketing, fundraising and celebrity relationship endeavors. She is Vice Chair elect for 2010-2011. |
