Cause Marketing Partnerships

Cause marketing partnerships enable donors to combine product or service sales with a philanthropic component. A commitment has been made by the partners below to donate a portion or percent of sales to Blessings in a Backpack for a specific period of time or on an ongoing basis. Together with your support, we can feed more kids!

Note: Often, a business will select Blessings in a Backpack as the beneficiary of a “give back” promotion for their business reasons, and we thank them for their meaningful and generous support! However, due to the number of “give back” promotions with no partnership aspect to them, Blessings is not able to recognize all of those promotions on this page. Current Campaigns

Bobo's is donating 100% of face masks proceeds to Blessings in a Backpack, supporting our work to ensure more food-insecure children can access weekend nutrition this school year. Kid and adult sizes available! Promotion starts Oct. 1, 2020.
15% of all proceeds from the "Provence" Locket through the month of December 2020 will be donated to Blessings in a Backpack, an organization providing food to ensure children are fed during this COVID health emergency and when they return to school.
Purchases of Partake Foods help feed kids that Blessings serves with donations that the company makes. Their products can be purchased in Target, Wegman’s, and Whole Foods Market, among other stores.
25% of the purchase price from the sale of the Pura Vida Bracelet in Riptide will be donated to Blessings in a Backpack.
Blessings in a Backpack has added an extra, easy and cost effective way to purchase Blessings merchandise. We are working with Cloztalk, who raises awareness for 501(c) nonprofits, at no cost to the nonprofit. CLOZTALK produces cool, high-quality, charity-branded apparel and handles all online orders, so the nonprofit can focus its people and resources on serving its mission.
Following a successful cause-marketing campaign resulting in $10,000 to help feed kids that Blessings serves, More Than a Backpack will continue donating $1 for each backpack sold on its website.
In collaboration with Blessings in a Backpack and two teens, Calliope Speredakos and Marcie Coeny, PopSockets has launched an initiative to help support the fight against childhood hunger. 50 percent of sales from the Starry Strawberries and Daisy Days Pop Grips will go to the organization Blessings in a Backpack, and on Giving Tuesday (December 1), 100 percent of proceeds will go to the organization.
Sage Hospitality Group is offering School-cation packages through March 31, 2021. Packages offer amenities such as learning pod spaces, play tent recess, and free tickets/discounts to area attractions. A portion of the proceeds from every booking will support Blessings in a Backpack.
Fabletics will donate 100% of its net profits from the children’s clothing collection, up to $50,000, through May 31, 2021 to Blessings in a Backpack.
This back-to-school season, Name Bubbles will donate $1 of every School Labels Pack purchased to Blessings in a Backpack. Through this commitment, Name Bubbles and Blessings in a Backpack hope to raise $20,000.
50% of every sale of the SMILE SQUAD X BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK PopGrips goes to Blessings in a Backpack.
This back-to-school season, receive an exclusive FREE BAG CHARM (a $20 value) with your donation of $10 or more to Blessings in a Backpack.

Past Campaigns

Blessings in a Backpack was an Alex and Ani CHARITY BY DESIGN partner from 2011–2019. In that time, Alex and Ani donated the proceeds from five bangle designs, more than $1 million, to help Blessings in a Backpack feed kids on the weekends.
Kingmade Jerky donated 20% of its profits to Blessings in a Backpack during a spring 2020 campaign and donated $100,000 worth of product to select Blessings programs nationwide.
Vitamin Shoppe donated $5 for every social media post on National Keto Day on January 5, 2019, and 2020, with a combined total donation of $50,000.
Guest donations with corporate match at stores in Greater Tampa and central and Southern Florida during the 2019 back-to-school season.
KKW Fragrance donated 20% of its profits through in spring 2020 to Blessings in a Backpack.
Fabletics donated 100% of its net profits from the children’s clothing collection during May 2020 to Blessings in a Backpack.
Customers received a free Vera Bradley Mini Backpack Keychain with a minimum donation of $10 during the 2019 back-to-school season, with a total donation of $136,000. Vera Bradley also donated 75,000 backpacks to Blessings in a Backpack programs during the 2018 and 2019 back-to-school campaigns, paired with partnerships with professional athletes, musicians, actors, and influencers.
