Monthly donations help us create a strong financial foundation for providing hunger-free weekends to kids facing food insecurity.

Giving a gift in honor of someone? If so, make sure to leave a note in the comment section under “How did you hear about us?” detailing the person you are donating for and to whom we should send recognition. For example, “In honor of Buddy Backpack. Please send acknowledgement to The Backpack Family at 4121 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40207.”
Upon making your first monthly gift, you will receive a letter outlining your donation. At the end of the calendar year, we will send you a year-end giving summary letter for tax receipt purposes. Thank you for becoming a sustaining donor of Blessings in a Backpack.
Charges appear on your credit card statement as Blessings in a Backpack/Blackbaud Merchant Services. If you have any questions about making a donation, please contact our Development Department.
