Get to know the Blessings in a Backpack National Staff. Today we meet Kim Holsclaw, National Program Manager. She’s been with Blessings for almost two years. We asked Kim:

If you could steal the hair of a celebrity and wear it, whose would it be?

As a kid, what was your favorite school supply?
Remember the different colored notebook paper? Blue, purple, pink, yellow…I’m sure it drove teachers crazy!

If you could only take only three items with you to a deserted island, what would they be?
Bradley Cooper (that’s an item right?), filtered water, and Krispy Kreme Donuts.

What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
U2.

How would you survive a zombie apocalypse?
I wouldn’t.

What’s your favorite Blessings memory?
The look on the Blessings’ children’s faces when they saw Santa (a.k.a. my co-worker’s husband) during a backpack stuffing event at Engelhard Elementary and karaoke at the Unbridled Eve Gala.
