Berea Ag 4-H Club members recently solicited donations of snack items to ensure elementary school children have enough to eat.

Members of the Morgan County club in Illinois collected snack items such as applesauce, fruit cups, cereal, and peanut butter for its Blessings in a Backpack program.

The 4-H members were able to pack 32 bags to provide to children in the week after the club’s February 20 meeting.
