Donors, officials, volunteers participate in ‘Blessings in a Backpack’ program

Stafford County Schools Superintendent Bruce Benson and fourth-graders Kynell Mathis and Stephen Layman pack food into bags for Blessings in a Backpack at Hartwood Elementary in September.
